A plan is hatched : a virus discovered which the humans had almost eliminate, which makes them more docile, more manageable as livestock. Plan is to artificially infect all human females in pregnancy.
The virus was introduced by the Broucci by subterfuge but the humans defeated it.
There are arguments about its ethics and how can it be prevented from affecting the Broucci themselves?
